Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. Business HUB retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain all rights to our proprietary AI tools, methodologies, and platform technology.
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely feedback, and all necessary assets required for service delivery. Delays in providing these may impact project timelines.

We may terminate or suspend your account and services immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these terms or if we determine that your use of our services is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may request termination of services at any time by contacting us.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Las Vegas, Nevada.
